National DCP is the exclusive purchasing and distribution entity for Dunkin Donuts restaurants in the continental U.S. This position ensures safe, legal, and on-time delivery of freight to Dunkin’ Donuts Restaurants.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Operates a 10 speed transmission tractor trailer that transports freight to and from specified destinations.
Conduct a proper pre-trip to ensure the vehicle is safe to operate.
Ensure paperwork is in order before departing the DC.
Prepares, receives, and provides appropriate documentation for the delivery of freight.
Required to be able to read a map and/or written directions.
Unloads cargo and delivers utilizing hand truck and/or hand pallet jack in a safe manner into store locations.
Maintains proper logs of travel and cargo according to Federal and State regulations.
Maintains contact with Member Services department to communicate any problems or delays.
Responsible for the cleanliness and presentation of the vehicle. Also responsible for the removal of trash at the store caused by the delivery (shrink wrap, cardboard and pallets).
Responsible for reporting any vehicle maintenance or malfunction issues.
Conduct a proper post-trip to ensure equipment is in good working order to minimize delays the following day.
Must have knowledge of DOT laws and CMV requirements.
Must be able to operate a refrigeration unit and a lift gate safely.
Acts as the main point of contact between the Distribution Center and the customer.
CDL Class A License required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must have at least 2 years of driving back to back experience with a CDL Class A License or 1 year of food/beverage delivery experience
Must possess a clean driving record
Must be qualified physically per Department of Transportation Safety Regulations
The position involves heavy repetitive lifting (50 lbs. plus) which may also include transporting the product up or down stairs
