Position Details:

  • Home weekly 48 hours minimum
  • Earn $1,540/week - average $80,800/yearly
    • $1,250 Base Pay per week
    • $75 Safety Bonus per week
    • $100 Performance Bonus per week
    • $115 Performance Plus Bonus – 66.50 hours per week
    • $75 Shift Differential (if assigned)
  • No Tarp Freight (Use Conestoga Trailers)
  • Paid Orientation & Training - $1,250
  • Weekly Pay with Direct Deposit
  • Driver Referral Bonus ($3,400/yr for each driver referred) Paid Quarterly
  • NO Slip Seating- Automatics governed at 65 mph with cruise control
  • PTO/Vacation Time (2 weeks and 5 days) + Unused vacation paid out at end of the year
  • 6 Paid holidays

  • Drivers expected to work up to 14 hours per day

Hiring Criteria:

  • Class A CDL
  • 2 years Flatbed experience required
  • 21 years or older
  • Acceptable Driving Record
  • Able to lift 30-50 pounds
