Lease Operator
- Top Earners Gross $280,000+ per year
- Monthly Safety & Performance Incentive
- $0.99 per gallon for fuel regardless of pump price
- Lease agreement provides two skip payments per year
- $1,200 Driver Referral – Get paid in full when referral is hired
- Weekly Safety Incentive
- No-touch freight
- Full service maintenance plan
- We are investing in your future with the All In Rewards and Retention Plan. Lease Operators receive $1,500/year in their own long-term savings plan account.

Company Driver
- Base pay 50 CPM for all miles
- Half Cent per Mile increase every 6 months. Caps out at 55 CPM
- $75 per load minimum (even if they are going across town)
- Layover Pay after 24 hours - $100
- Stop Pay: Stop 1 free, Stop 2 - $25, Stop 3 - $50, Stop 4+ $75
- No-touch freight
- Monthly Safety and Performance Bonus 5/10/15 CPM on 4,000/6,000/8,000 plus miles
- Eligible for company benefits Vacation, Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, 401K etc.
