Home Daily - Starting at $250 per Load + $2,500 Sign-On Bonus


Pay:

  • Starting at $250 per Load!
  • Paid by load, guaranteed to work 5 days minimum
  • Daily minimum pay when in training
  • Down Time Pay
  • Breakdown Pay
  • Driver Pay Rate Based on Years of Experience:
    • Less than 1 Year: $250/load
    • 1 Year: $255/load
    • 2 Years: $260/load
    • 3 Year: $265/load
    • 4 Years: $270/load
    • 6+ Years: $275/load

Benefits and Bonuses:

  • $2,500 Sign-On Bonus ($500 at 30 days, $1,000 at 90 days, $1,000 at 180 days)

Route:

  • Home Daily with occasional need to sleep/ take a break in the truck or hotel room
  • Monday through Friday with occasional weekends as necessary
  • 2018 Kenworth trucks
  • Equipment open-top trailers
  • Haul open-top trailers from Pilgrims plant to customer in Russellville, KY area
  • Pick up loaded trailer at Pilgrims plant, drop load at customer, return to plan with empty trailer
  • Additional lanes, customers and trailer types as dictated by customer needs
  • Recruiting Areas: 45 mile radius of Boaz, AL and 30 miles from Russellville, KY

Requirements:

  • At least 21 years old
  • CDL-A with 1 year of 53' tractor trailer experience
  • Mentor programs are available for drivers with less than a year of experience
