CDL-A Dry Van Drivers
Earn an Estimated $1,200 - $1,600 per Week - Onboarding Bonus
Industry Leading Pay Structure:
- Earn 57 - 65 CPM base pay
- Average miles per week 2,200 – 2,500
- Earn an estimated $1,200 - $1,600 per week
- Onboarding bonus
- Stop pay (excluding first and last pick up/drop off)
- Detention pay & layover pay

Requirements:
- Must have a valid CDL-A
- Must have 6 months of experience
- Minimum age of 21

What to Expect:
Operate late-model trailers in our over-the-road Dry Van Fleet. You’ll haul general commodities with no-touch freight across the lower 48 states. As a dry van driver with J&R Schugel, you’ll experience pre-loaded drop and hook business, 3 to 1 trailer ratio, experienced dispatch and help service Fortune 500 customers.
