The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to make you aware of how we collect, use, and disclose the information we gather from our users on Our Sites. This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through Our Sites and not to information we collect offline. By using this website, you signify your assent to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any term in this Privacy Policy, please do not use this site or submit any personally identifiable information.

Personal Information. Certain users will choose to interact with Our Sites in ways that require us to gather certain Personal Information (as defined below), such as your name, date of birth, physical address, and email address, among other things. The amount and type of information that we gather depends on the nature of the interaction and is always at the discretion of the user. Career Now only collects information we deem necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the user’s interaction with Our Sites. Career Now does not disclose Personal Information other than as described below. Keep in mind that each user may refuse to supply Personal Information, with the caveat that it may prevent us from providing the service requested by the user. Do-Not-Track Requests. If you are seeking employment opportunities through any of Our Sites, by submitting your information, including your Personal Information, to us, you grant us consent to use such information for the purpose of providing it to potential employers and other industry-related organizations, and you are further consenting to the receipt of emails, text messages, and phone calls which may be transmitted using an automatic telephone dialing system and/or an artificial or prerecorded voice from such entities and us and/or their or our respective representatives.

How We Collect, Use, and Disclose Non-Personal Information. Non-Personal Information is any information that does not reveal your specific identity, like which browser you use, your language preference, and which operating system you use. We also collect demographic data, like your location and the highest level of education you have completed. Additionally, we collect Non-Personal Information through the use of cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, and other similar technologies. IP Addresses. Career Now collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for users of Our Sites. Career Now only uses and discloses user IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy.
