This Reefer Team Route Offers:
- Start at 75 CPM split pay - Average $1,875 - $2,062 per week per driver*
- $2,250 per driver at 6,000 miles per week
- $2,625 per driver at 7,000 miles per week
- Each load averages 800 - 1,000 miles
- Average 5,000 - 7,000 miles per week
- Comprehensive health coverage after 90 days
- Monthly bonus structure: Up to $300 per month, split pay
*Average $1,875 - $2,062 per week per driver based on 5,000-5,500 miles per week
Evaluations and Raise Opportunities:
- At 90 days: 2 CPM increase, split pay
- At 1 year: Additional 2 CPM increase, split pay
- Each year anniversary after first year: 1 CPM increase, split pay
